On top of that, Griekspoor needed flexibility to build new pages and adjust existing ones as they enter new markets. And they needed to attract new employees to keep up with growing demand.

All these requirements called for a clear structure, a flexible system, and strong collaboration.

We started with an intensive strategy phase. For us, it was essential to really understand their business and their clients. We needed to know what would trigger their clients to work with Griekspoor Thermal Coatings, which aspects of the collaboration mattered most to them, and what information they would be looking for on the website.

The strategy ultimately took three rounds. By the end, we had clarity on which industries look for which information, what each type of decision-maker prioritizes, the key subjects that needed to be on the website, how they would approach recruitment, and what the overall site structure would look like.

From there, we worked alongside Mark on the initial design decisions. When that foundation was set, we translated the design direction onto all remaining sections and pages.

We looked for recurring patterns and turned them into reusable components. Where possible, we created multiple variations of the same section with different layouts, background colors, and text sizing. This gives Griekspoor total freedom when building new pages.

The Webflow build was kept native wherever possible, only using custom code when there was no alternative. We also fully restructured the CMS compared to their old website, giving the team clear direction when editing existing items or creating new ones.

The result is a professional website that clearly communicates expertise and shows what Griekspoor Thermal Coatings can do for their clients. It speaks to engineers who need technical detail and to leadership who need proof of a reliable partner.

We delivered 50 reusable components that give the team full flexibility to edit existing pages and create new ones. Creating and publishing a new page now takes around 20 minutes.
