Sounds familiar?

Your website can't keep up with marketing

Campaigns launch, landing pages need updating, new content needs to go live. But every change goes through a queue, so the site is always one version behind your actual marketing.

Your website needs constant babysitting

Plugin updates, security patches, hosting issues. Your platform requires more ongoing maintenance than it should, and that cost in time and money never shows up in a campaign report.

Built for developers, not marketers

The team that needs to update the site can't use it without breaking something. So simple changes take days instead of minutes, and your agency or dev team stays in the loop longer than anyone wants.

Your site is slow, and it's hurting pipeline

B2B buyers judge vendors by their website. A slow, dated site signals the wrong things, even if the product is excellent. Every slow page load is a prospect who didn't wait around.

Webflow fixes all of this

Marketers edit pages without touching a developer. There's no plugin stack to maintain, no security patches to chase, and pages are fast by default. It's why B2B marketing teams that switch to Webflow don't go back.

The only hard part is getting there without losing your rankings, your content, or three months of momentum.

That's the part we handle.

Your two migration options

Design and layout can't be copy-pasted between platforms. Every migration is technically a rebuild. The question is whether you rebuild what you have, or build something new.

Your rankings don’t have to drop. Here’s how we keep them

The biggest fear in any migration is losing the organic traffic you've built. Here's what goes wrong when it's done badly, and what we do differently.

What a bad migration looks like

  • Broken redirects sending visitors and crawlers to 404 pages
  • Metadata lost or auto-generated, wiping months of SEO work
  • Pages accidentally set to noindex, removing them from search entirely
  • Internal links pointing to old URLs that no longer exist
  • Canonical tags misconfigured, causing duplicate content issues
  • Site speed actually getting worse after the move
  • No post-launch monitoring, so problems surface weeks later
The result: Months of lost traffic, a hit to the pipeline and a slow recovery

What we do instead

  • Full redirect mapping
Every URL on your old site gets a 301 redirect to its new equivalent. Built before launch, QA'd after. No broken links, no lost link equity.
  • SEO metadata migration
Title tags, meta descriptions, canonical tags and Open Graph data migrated and manually reviewed per page. No shortcuts.
  • Pre-launch crawl
Before the domain goes live we crawl the staging site to catch missing redirects, broken internal links, noindex flags and missing alt tags.
  • Post-launch monitoring
Sitemap submitted to Search Console on launch day. We monitor crawl errors and ranking movement for two weeks post-launch and fix anything that surfaces.
  • Realistic expectations
Small ranking movements in the first two to four weeks are normal while Google re-crawls the site. Rankings typically stabilise and improve within four to six weeks.

How a migration works

Nine steps, four phases. You'll always know what's happening, what's next, and what you need to provide.

PHASE 0

Discovery

Let's figure out what you need

1. Discovery call

20-minute call to understand your setup, goals, and constraints. Then we audit your site: page count, content structure, integrations, CMS usage, and technical complexity.

Your involvement: 20 minutes and a rough idea of what you need

2. Scope & proposal

We audit your site and put together a fixed-price proposal: options, page count, CMS structure, integrations, and timeline. You decide whether to move forward.

Your involvement: Sign-off on proposal.
PHASE 1

Plan

Before we touch anything

3. Kick-off & audit

We go through your site in detail: every page, content structure, integrations, CMS usage, and anything that affects the build. This is where we catch complexity early.

Your involvement: Access to your current CMS, list of integrations, existing brand assets.

4. Content inventory

We map every page and confirm what gets migrated, what gets cut, and what gets restructured. This is also the foundation for the redirect map.

Your involvement: Pages to exclude, any content updates to apply during migration.

5. Migration plan

Full project plan confirmed before build starts. Redirect mapping drafted, CMS architecture defined, timeline locked.

Your involvement: Review and sign-off.
PHASE 2

Build

Where the work happens

6. Design (optional)

We design the new site before any content goes in. You review and approve before we start building in Webflow.

Your involvement: Design feedback and approval.

7. Webflow build

CMS architecture built first, then content populated page by page. For migration-only projects, every page is checked against your existing site for accuracy.

Your involvement: Content approvals, any new assets needed.
PHASE 3

Launch

Go live without the stress

8. SEO & redirect setup

Full redirect map implemented, all SEO metadata migrated, canonical tags set. Pre-launch crawl to catch any issues before the domain goes live.

Your involvement: Sign-off on redirect mapping.

9. QA, launch & handoff

Full QA across devices and browsers. Domain cutover handled by us. Post-launch crawl, sitemap submitted to Search Console, and a CMS training session so your team is fully independent from day one.

Your involvement: QA feedback, domain access for cutover.

Common questions about migrating to Webflow

How long does a Webflow migration take?

Most B2B marketing site migrations take between 4 and 8 weeks from scope sign-off to launch. Sites with fewer unique page layouts can be done in 2 to 4 weeks. Larger or more complex sites with multiple integrations can take 12 to 18 weeks. We give you a specific estimate during the discovery call once we've looked at your site.

What's the difference between migration only and migration + redesign?

Migration only means we rebuild your existing site 1:1 in Webflow. Same structure, same design, same content. Migration + redesign means we redesign the site at the same time. Because design and layout can't be transferred between platforms, every migration is technically a rebuild. The question is whether you rebuild what you have, or build something new.

Will I lose SEO rankings when I migrate?

Not if the migration is done properly. We implement a full redirect map, migrate all metadata, run pre-launch and post-launch crawls, and monitor Search Console after launch. Small fluctuations in the first 2 to 4 weeks are normal while Google re-crawls the site. Rankings typically stabilise within 4 to 6 weeks.

Do you migrate content as well as design?

Yes. All page content, blog posts, CMS entries, images and assets are migrated. If your CMS has structured content like resources, team members or case studies, we rebuild the CMS architecture in Webflow and migrate everything across.

What happens after the migration is done?

We hand off the Webflow CMS with a training session so your marketing team can manage the site without needing a developer. We monitor Search Console for the first two weeks post-launch and fix anything that surfaces.

Do we need a Webflow account already?

No. We handle everything from Webflow project setup to build, content population, domain cutover and handoff. No Webflow experience needed on your side.

How much does a Webflow migration cost?

It depends on site size, complexity and which option you choose. Migrations start from €5,000. You get a fixed-price proposal after the discovery call so there are no surprises.

Can we keep our current domain?

Yes. We handle the domain cutover as part of the launch process. Your domain stays the same and visitors and search engines see a seamless transition.

What if we're mid-contract with our current agency or host?

Not a problem. We can scope and build the project while your current contract runs out. Most clients start the migration process 4 to 8 weeks before their hosting or agency contract ends so the transition is clean.

Do you work with companies outside Europe?

Yes. We work remotely with B2B companies regardless of location. Most of our clients are based in Europe but the process works the same internationally.

Ready to move?

Every month on your current platform is another month of slow pages, developer bottlenecks, and maintenance costs.

The discovery call takes 20 minutes. We'll look at your current site and tell you exactly what a migration would involve, which option makes sense, and what it would cost. Then you decide.
